Question for women :)

Hey all,
I have been on 10mg of citalopram since march for panic disorder, health anxiety and OCD.
I never really feel 'normal'although I have accepted maybe I never will!!
My question is does any of you ladies experience terrible anxiety during and at the end of their periods?
Feeling pretty worried so some reassurance would be great 😀

I think it can very much be triggered by our hormones. I always feel more anxious around my period time and now that I am pregnant, my anxiety is all over the place!

10 mg is quite a low dose of citalopram, have you talked to you doctor about it lately?
