I have had this feeling come and go for a few years now alot more recently as my anxiety / panic depersonolization has been alot more severe hard to describe but it's like my mind is racing and reality is going so fast like when I move my hand or talk to someone but my body is calm no palpitations sweaty hands etc. I'm thinking that it's a feeling of vertigo but im not sure any1 relate thanks!
