Head pressure

Does anyone else get that 'full head' feeling when they're experiencing alot of anxiety? Feels like a lot of pressure in my head.
Anyone know what causes it?

Hi Becky, I wish I had the answer as I suffer from head pressure too - makes me feel very off-balance/unsteady on feet head swimming horrible :( Am going to see a neurologist in new year, I think it may down to stress. Find out what is making you stressed and try and avoid/reduce that situation.

The mind has a strong effect over our physical well being which is beyond comprehension.
