So a few weeks ago I noticed 3 small lumps on the bone behind my right ear. 2 are tiny the size of a lentil and move around when pushed. The middle one is more flat, a bit bigger and seems attached. There is no pain or any other side effects. They dont seem to have changed size or shape. I have no health issues allergies etc. I did some research on google which of course made me even more anxious. Any one have any idea if it is something serious or something to be worried about?

They're lymph nodes. It's normal for them to be raised sometimes. Especially if you've had a cold or infection in the last few weeks.
Google will no doubt have you planning your funeral, but in reality, 99% of swollen lymph nodes are harmless reactive nodes.
