Itchy skin-driving me mad

Does any1 get itchy skin in the colder weather. I'm fine in the warmer months then bam it stats. Mainly on arm and legs no redness or rash. Then I google liver or kidney problems cancer hormones!!!!!! Then I panic which makes it worse. Sometimes can feel like things are crawling on me. Scared to go docs for bloods

Yes absolutely. Everyone’s skin will become dryer in colder weather to some degree. My hands and face especially.

Try Aqueous Cream from chemist. Read the instructions on tub before you buy.
I use this cream instead of soap for bathing now and again.

also coconut oil, this oil is very greasy

I have very sensitive skin, but both of these work for me.
