Hi everyone
I'm at that stage of my life when all my hormones are out of sync which is resulting in me suffering badly with my nerves. Anxiety has plagued my life for nigh on 3 years and since it first appeared that day I have woke up every single day with anxiety surges and the dreads ! I think I may be here a while
