Worried - any ideas?

I know this sounds silly, but i have a sore finger. It feels like i have a splinter in it, but theres absolutely nothing there. Its not swollen, i cant see anything. I cant even pinpoint the exact spot that its sore. What if theres an infection or something.

Sometimes we get tiny tiny little cuts which feel like it has a splinter in, and sometimes remain bruised inside when healed, it’s nothing bad not going to kill you if you saw my hand atm u would think wow I have 2 whitlows which are pussing and keep banging them and taking ages to heal but you know what it’s a minor infection I keep them clean and it will heal in it’s own time so dismiss it and know it’s nothing worth worrying aboutb
