For years the main topic of my anxiety is fibromyalgia, maybe because I know too much about it and other people don't. I know two people who have it and I'm not related to them but I just feel like I'm destined to end up with it. Any time I feel any type of pain I think it's it. My anxiety causes muscle aches and stuff but I'm always like "it's fibromyalgia and I'm going to end up being disabled and have a terrible life." I don't know how to get over it.
