Chest Pain

Hey, for the last 2 weeks i have had an increased chest pain from what i have had the last 8 months. the pain is more heavy if i breath, sneeze or cough. i'm only 16 years old, what could this be

Have you had an increase in stress lately? School? Work? Family? Friends? Remember anything can cause an increase in symptoms - even thinking about them can make them 100% worse. Don't panic, you are young like me (I'm 17) and even though I am pre-occupied right now with the worst scenario for my symptoms I am trying to not worry and let the symptoms come and go. I'm sure your GP will re-assure you that it is nothing and you are probably stressed, even if you don't feel it our subconscious holds a lot of emotional weight. Recently, a lot of stress I am going through has manifested itself into physical symptoms after a good 3-4 months of it building. You're going to be fine, stay positive and re-assure yourself you're young and healthy.
