View Full Version : Mild backache/mild nausea PLEASE RESPOND ANXIOUS
I’m having an issue I’ve had numerous times but can’t figure out why. If I walk too much or sometimes on an empty stomach, I’ll get this mild UPPER backache that radiates to front & causes a nauseous or indigestion feeling. It’s odd because it starts out as an ache but turns into this nausea feeling. I’ve heard about a vague nerve doing this but am having trouble accessing more info. If anyone has any idea what I’m describing or knows where I can find more vagus nerve info, PLEASE let me know ASAP. Thank You

Hungry and too much acid wanting food?
I understand that acid needing food could cause nausea but I’m not sure about the mild backache. I’ve heard the vague nerve in back can affect GI tract. Thank You

I have had a weird upper back pain for years that I associate with morning hunger. I assume it’s because of the heartburn I might get in the middle of the night.
I feel something similar & also a morning issue, although not only mornings. I have noticed mornings can be worse. Thank You.
