Sore face, worried about cancer

Hi everyone,

So I posted the other day about having strange feelings in my face. Numbness and just generally being uncomfortable in the left side of my face.

I went to the doctors scared I had Lymphoma but he said I just have a virus and there is probably some inflammation making me feel rough.

Now the skin on my face keeps feeling very sore and I'm worried. Is this something bad? Or just anxiety?

i hate that my mind has to jump to the bad things every time :(
