I hit my head again

So I may have sort of hit my head off the floor (the front/top of it) and now it really hurts(obviously) but I'm finding it sort of hard to keep my eyes opne sometimes because it hurts and the light is harsh(sort of like a migraine)
my head just sort of feels like an aquarium and now health anxiety is starting to chime in :blush:
