I wondered if it's possible to have a stomach virus without vomiting. My daughter had diarrhea at the end of last week but didn't throw up. My son threw up once on Saturday morning but didn't have diarrhea. And yesterday my stomach burned all day long and last night I had a terrible back ache, leg aches, and diarrhea. I still have the D this morning. I felt a little queasy but never threw up. Does it sound like it could be a bug? Maybe a milder one?
