Weird cough..lung cancer?

So a couple of days ago, I developed this weird cough that comes and goes. It feels like a tickle at the back of my throat. I am starting to freak out that this could be lung cancer or something equally sinister. Anyone experience something like this? Please note, I'm not a smoker.

I'm going through this right now.

I don't know where you live, but I live out west, and the cold weather, and being indoors with the heat on seem to trigger it.

I also have post nasal drip. You probably have seasonal allergies like me.
