Heart Issues

Hello! A friend of mine has been worrying about heart issues he’s been having for a few days now. He says he’s been getting numb and tingling sensations on the left side of his face, heart palpitations, irregular heart beats and sometimes he’s light headed when standing up from low blood pressure. He also gets stomach aches in the mornings which he believes might also be due to the low blood pressure too. Would anyone know any possible reasons behind these symptoms and if they’re anything to worry about?

If he is worried he really needs to see a doctor.

We can't diagnose illnesses on here and if he is worried about his heart he should get it seen to really.

It could all be to do with the blood pressure but I wouldn't like to say!

Does he suffer with anxiety as well ??

He does have anxiety, I don’t know if it’s important or not to mention that he was in a stressful situation on the same day but a few hours earlier.
