Numb patches

I'm really starting to freak out, numb patches keep popping up all over me. One popped up on my thumb the other day and another has popped up on the side of my finger today. I'm really starting to panic, has this ever happened to anyone? I actually FELT it go numb :weep:

I am aware that this can happen with anxiety, but my back and hip are numb too. It's the sudden onset of it that frightens me :(

Isn't that the way most physical symptoms happen anyway? You're cool and all of a sudden, "ouch, what's that?" Or in your case, "not ouch, what's that?" ;)

Yeah I see what you mean, I really am terrified though I'm praying my anxiety is causing all of this. I feel dizzy, objects feel way heavier in one arm than the other and my mouth is numb along with my hands and feet :( does anyone think I've fallen prey to somatic illness?
