Ok so I thought I'd share this with y'all.
I've recently been experiencing some of the worst health anxiety ever.
6 days ago I changed my diet to supplement my gym work , I changed to a high fat, low carb diet.
Example of my day would now be bacon for breakfast, steak for lunch, chicken for dinner, no bread, no pasta, little fruit.
Cut nearly all sugar from my diet, through eating low carb.
I'm eating high natural fats, saturated fats, almonds, cheese, full fat milk.
I noticed at about day 4 I hadn't worried about anything for days, im at day six, still no worry, no panic attacks.
My blood pressure has even decreased.

Feeling better then I have In a long time.

Just wanted to share this in case it could help anyone else.
