Hello everyone,to day has been a pig:D I have a hernia,which I can live with,also diabetes which is under good control.severe GAD light headed 24/7 and now my back has gone muscle spasm's ,but it could be a lot worse,none of these are terminal:winks: still every day is a bonus,took my little dog out for a very short walk this morning,I must have looked like the hunchback of Kent:D
anyway what don't kill you makes you stronger,enjoy your day my friends:)Please could do with a virtual Hug
