Citalopram 40mg

Hi all,

I started taking citalopram along side pregabalin in May for severe anxiety and depression.

Although I'm feeling better than I was I'm so damn sleepy! All day I sleep and I'm awake all night.

I take citalopram of a morning so I'm thinking to maybe switch this to nights. Anybody know the best way to do this?

I take citalopram in the evening, always have. I have the weirdest dreams!! Very vivid dreams.

I used to have insomnia and only managed to combat it through guided meditation, there a thousands on YouTube.

I need to switch to evenings as I'm literally falling asleep all day which isn't helping my moods!

I tend to nap from 11-2 and wake up feeling groggy as hell.
With 3 young kids it isn't a great routine.

Insomnia is awful aswel, I find myself watching random YouTube vids well into the early hours lol.
