I just had a panic attack and when I started to hyperventilate I got a headache at the base of the skull and it peaked with my attack I thought I was having a stroke
I controlled my breathing and it went away. So did the attack.
I hate this so much. I don’t know if it’s an urgent matter or emergency.
I don’t get the insurance until my husband submits the form through work but they have yet to send him the forms he’s been asking and they refuse to give him new papers.
Until then it’s 30 days until it’s processed.
If I do go in it’s a major burden on us financially :(
I had a few moments of getting really mad today. I think it could be high blood pressure.
What if my blood pressure got scary high I almost really did have a stroke??
