neck ache and spine hurts-?

Anyone else have this? Besides having a stiff neck, I have been having some upper backaches here and there which are usually relieved by Aleve. Today I noticed that my spine feels sore when I touch it. I googled it and it told me all kinds of nasty things. What could this be?

I would say anxiety. I know whenever i get real stressed i tense up and get a sore achy neck and top of my back. I think its fairly normal

Thanks, It's just weird that my actual spine hurts to the touch. it feels bruised :(
