How to feel better with cleaning/contamination issues

Can anybody give me any advice? I always want to throw stuff away how can I clean and accept it’s clean I wish I could over clean to make myself feel better but I need a new feeling and worry stuff is contaminated?

Phil, I think whatever can be said has already been said on your other thread numerous times. You really need to seek professional advice if you are ever to get a handle on your contamination worries.

Brunettee yes many members have exhaustively tried and tried again to help Phil says in his area there is little or no help, and yes I can believe that help is sometimes very thin on the ground I even posted several times a website for him to look at don't think he has even bothered to have a look so with due respect I have done everything to help him he must now take action him self, I have lead the horse to water, but it's not drinking at the mo ATB
