So everyday, multiple times a day i tend to get a very cold left arm and hand, whilst my right hand is completely normal for the weather or anything.
Recently ive been getting a very hot left side of my face and head and jaw pain, along with left shoulder/neck pain too.
I am left handed so I dont know if that could be anything to do with it. :shrug:
Its scary because these symptoms are alongside many other symtoms i get due to anxiety such as blurred vision, hot flushes, dizziness etc.
About 3 months ago i had an ECG to check my heart due to chest pains i was having and it came back normal, i also had a chest xray and that was normal too.
I don't know whether i should be worried or if these symtoms can be caused by anxiety, or even if it could be nerve related or anything.
Does anybody else experience anything like this?
