Lump in thigh

About 7 weeks ago I. Prices a swollen lump at top of thigh, I went to the walk they said didn't feel sinister and looked and felt like muscle, so I went to docs becouse needed more advice and she said could be a lipoma and sent me for a ultrasound, it's tomorrow and I am now starting to panic and have anxciety attacks, I suffered with serve health anxciety in 2010 which I had CBT for so I can kind of get myself out of things with out much panic, but I have GOOGLED and found he worst ever things and now my brain is working over time just need a little reassurance
