I finally got some help this morning after breaking down over the last 6 months, I presented at A&E this morning after walking in the rain for a few miles after another night of panic attacks. My issue is health anxiety. Mine is horrific and made me not want to carry on anymore, I don’t want to die I really want to live but it’s so hard. I get headaches and no matter what the doctors say I can’t accept that I’m not going to die :weep: I’ve been bedridden for most of the week with fear and exhaustion from not eating or sleeping.
