Pain under my nose

Just under my left nostril is hurting, if I open my mouth too much or bend my face it hurts.
its too low to be a sinus problem, I don't remember damaging it so it can't be fractured or anything :wacko:

We all have aches and pains. It's just the way it is. So if it hurts while doing something that no one normally does, I just suggest you not do that!

thanks for responding, reading back on this i'm cringing at myself haha.

I went from my nose to fixating over whether I have a fever again even though I've been getting hot the past 5 nights so I know it won't kill me its just my HA going off on one again, I have a coach to catch at 4 am and then two more so lots of travelling which is what i'm thinking isn't helping me being on edge.

i'm sort of just ignoring them and trying not to go for a paracetamol like I usually do because I didn't take one last night and it was fine x
