I was feeling really bad, all of a sudden I found myself holding my head and not being able to get rid of that heavy anxious feeling, I started drinking water and came downstairs to my mum and at that point my heart was beating faster, my mum was like what was wrong and I was like "shh mum", and then I said "it's just a panic attack" and I found myself calm down all of a sudden.

Was that a panic attack? I feel really sad over it. I had no reason to panic AT ALL. I guess the coffee I had for lunch didn't help matters.

It sounds like a panic attack. It's not uncommon to get panicky out of the blue, and like you say, the coffee could have spiked your adrenaline right up even further. Perhaps you could opt for tea next time as it stimulates you less. :)
