Hi all. I'm a 43 yr old woman suffering from anxiety and depression. Alongside this I have IBS. I'm having a particularly bad day today. Been back on citalopram for nearly 3 weeks so I know its early days. Cannot sleep feel it will never get better and the tingling in my arms and legs is unbearable today. It helps to read things on here to know you are not alone and others feel the same way as you. Thanks everyone
