Hello
I have always been very worried about fainting/collapsing in public yet i never had until Thursday!!! I went and had a blood test (which i hate), sat in the hospital waiting for 30 mins, trying to relax and breath. Had the test, walked out, got a few metres and fainted. And it really wasnt as bad as i thought it would be...obviously i felt awful but I didnt panic or freak out. i was very quiet and rather than wanting to run away out of embarrassment i wanted to stay and make sure i was ok!
I've realised fainting and panic are totally different. I may feel lightheaded when im nervous but its a different sensation!!
Im not sure my post has a point other than...I faced my fear and although its not something i want to repeat anytime soon. I did it and i was ok!!
