Hi all
So after a long time of it going away, my skin-checking is back. I have a new mole on my arm, it is tiny but cause its new I am worried. Also when I look closely it looks darker in the middle.
So fed up of this. If I am not worrying over my stomach acid problems I am worrying over my skin. I am just in a constant state of worry/distress at the moment.
Due to have more CBT in February but I need to get my head in a better place now really. Just so fed up of these fears ruining my life.
