Well, after lurking for a few months, I finally signed up. And boy am I glad I did. It was very "freeing" to realize I AM NOT ALONE!!!!! I have dealt with anxiety/panic especially Health anxiety for years. I find calm here, reading everyones posts. Thank you all for sharing your experiences. :)
