Should I be worried about a new mole?

So disappointed at myself for posting again as done so well this year with HA but seem to have a taken a turn the last few weeks. But about a month ago I noticed a small mole on my arm around the bicep area, at first it did not bother me but over the weekend it it looked a bit bigger (maybe my anxiety making me think it), it is a bit bigger than a pin prick and a bit smaller than rubber at the end of a pencil, light brown and round. Is it normal to still get moles at my age I am 27? Should I get it checked or just keep an eye on it?

I was just told last week at my Derms that people get new moles usually before they are 35 but even after they can still pop up!
