Does anybody on here ever feel really depersonalized after a day of high anxiety? I feel so out of sorts and I keep trying to tell myself this is a product of my anxiety but it doesn’t seem to help this time and all day I feel like I keep teetering close to a panic attack 😭
I often feel like that. It's scary how your mind is trying to protect you by making you feel like you're not real. I get dp sensations that last for the entire day and sometimes I panic and sometimes I don't and I just feel like I'm going to implode...
