In a panic

I’m currently absorbed in panic. Though my lymph nodes have gone down. Only palpable when I dig deep, my worry for lymphoma continues. Recently I’ve gotten these rashes at the crease of my knee, upper back thigh, crease of elbow and sprinkled throughout my arm. I’m scared this is the lymphoma itch. It looks like goosebumps, is red and itches. Should I see a doctor again?

I don't think lymphona skin signs are that subtle.
Look, horses not zebras, you had a cold or something and now you have allergies or eczema or something. You could go to a dermo if the rash doesn't go way. But first try some unscented lotion after you shower.

Thanks but my cold was back in May and it only recently went down. Not even, when I dig and poke, I can still sort of feel it. I thought it was heat rash but I'm not sure. My doctor doesn't seem concerned and said it should go down in a few days but I'm scared. I have no idea whether it is due to panicking or something sinister but I feel irritable and my throat feels dry. Should I seek out a second opinion?
