Hey everyone.

Today I woke up and thought about all the things I need to do. Then I felt panicky and worried. I felt that I’d never be able to get these simple things done. I just sat on the sofa worrying. Like if I do do these tasks something bad will happen. I have already done a few today but I still feel like I don’t deserve anything for doing them. E.g having a nap or eating some chocolate etc. Does anyone else get this at all?

Yes, when i'm anxious i feel paralyzed, like all i can think about is my anxiety.

Yeah same here. I felt paralised like I can’t think about anything but my anxiety
