Basically as the heading describes. I'm having some chest pains that originate basically offcenter of my chest and shoot out. It doesn't feel as if it's heartburn or gas. Anxiety tells me heart attack. I'm trying to rationalize that as I'm 29. I have higher cholesterol and lipids but not abnormally high. I use to be perfect with bp and hr but I think they are high now. Hr not so much but bp the last few appt has been around 150/90-100.

I've been fine without medication or so I keep thinking. I'm trying to rationalize the pain and attribute it to something. I've taken some antacids as a way to combat it if it's germs/reflux and I've also done some movement/stretching to alleviate the muscles of its muscle related. Neither of which have provided any alleviation. Also took xanax about 20 mins ago.
