About maybe 10 or so hours ago, I bumped my head against the metal railing of my bunkbed. I already had a bit of a headache before it amd after that bump the pain was worse. It was a lot like a tension headache. I took advil for it. My head still hurts but not as bad, and I just took another advil. Then my anxiety got the best of me and after researching i found taking advil should be avoided even for minor injuries and now I'm terrified. Aside from the headache and occassional lightheadedness i don't have any symptoms like vomiting, memory loss, etc. How do i calm down?? Should I be worried??
