tinnitus/white noise

sometimes Ill hear quiet ringing only slightly for a few seconds like tunnitus. my boyfriend said its because our ears are adjusting from outside noise/loud music through earphones. Is this the case?

I don't know about that but I do know I get a sort or high pitch noise at times. I found it was much worse when my anxiety was much worse as it was about focus whereas now I tend to notice it much less.

Fleeting tinnitus. Quite common. More common in tinnitus sufferers like myself
