Has anyone tried taking a vacation from absurd. I have awful health anxiety about me and my husband. I also have a new chi puppy, I have 5 dogs, and I'm abcxuoys in doing stuff wrong with him. Anyway I have a wwwk off at xmas hubby has off too. My idea is to forbid myself anxiety for one week. To eat drink have fun play with puppy and not worry about the consequences. I've been having tummy growling and a bit of pain and for sure it'll r worse over break cause I plan to eat and drink a fair bit. I'm just going to try to force myself to say that's just a stomach ache. Rather then thinking that's cancer or liver failure or a blockage.
