I'm trying to stay calm about this but it's hard not to get bummed out.. lately I've been struggling with a kink in my back and a lot of cracking going on. There's been some improvement but I've also had this sort of tennis elbow sensation in my left arm. It starts near the arm pit and when I stretch and lengthen the arm I feel it in my under arm all the way down to my ring finger... it seems to be a lot qorse today. Im really hoping its some sort of strain but im not sure what could have caused that... i haven't been googling much, but finding it so hard not to worry about arthritis or ms or something. It's different from the usual stress tingles I've had before.
Anyone had similar experiences? It's looking like it will be a good 2 weeks before I can get in to the doctor :(
I've been tempted to look into tension myositis syndrome.... I can't remember the last time I felt happy and confident with my physical health. Just one thing after another it seems.
