Are you seriously asking us whether you yawned or not? How the hell would anyone here know that? Furthermore, what relevance does yawning have to anything?

I looked it up. A grotesque face often associated with amphetamine use.

Just wondering what conditions are associated with a gurn.

Helen what do you think your gurn could be a symptom of?

Seriously though, what the hell?

How long before you post something like “last night around 11PM I got this strange feeling, I closed my eyes and then the next thing I knew it was 8AM. BF says I was sleeping but I’m worried this means that I have leprosy”?

Christ, Helen, engage your brain.

First question is utterly ridiculous, the part about your jaw is just cringeworthy.

Perhaps it's a piss-take? Are we being made fools of?

Looks like the pennies are finally dropping...it's only taken 5 years of this nonsense though. I doubt even Terry can turn this one into a positive.

Give us all a break Reb eh? Just for Chrimbo.

Sorry to see this is still going on the same after my self-imposed exile since August.

I'm about 12 weeks into CBT. I still have sessions to go. It's a long process and takes work.

You need to explore a longer and more indepth course.

You're at the limit of the help you can get here.

I've nowt else to say here.

Good luck.

Thanks melfish, sorry to hear it's in overdrive. You got any help lined up?

You've only been Helenhoo since 2015, but alot of us remember you when you were known as Reb, and that's no secret, even your mate Terry still calls you Reb as I still do, so this game has been going on longer than two years.

It's very sad that you continue to draw people into it as often as you do. I think you should give the good people here a break Reb, if only for Christmas.

Working on it. Hopefully in the new year
