Hey everyone. My name is Holly.
About a year ago I had a terrible three months when a gp told me he thought I had leukaemia. Turned out I didn't at all and now I keep having panic attacks whenever I get symptoms or need to go to the doctors.
I have had some breast pain so I have an ultrasound booked next week. I am having panic attacks and finding it hard to sleep. Hyperventilating, flushed, nauseated, shaking, feeling of fear even though rationally I know that 99% chance the tests will be fine.
Can someone please give me advice on how to handle constant panic attacks. I am starting to worry my children! HELP PLEASE!
Thanks. Holly.
