I know this is a sticky - but I'm wondering how many people actually read the stickies since there are quite a lot of them and after a while people just go straight to the posts? I could be wrong?

You have a point. It's kind of like the terms and conditions part of a download (remember that South Park episode? :roflmao:). I for one will C&P this as I do the CBT4PANIC link as often as possible.

This website is really worth a look at. There are other sections on it for Generalized Anxiety, intrusive thoughts and social anxiety.
