i have tinnitus and anxiety and sometimes i get a feeling that my head is lighter and i struggle to concentrate on things also , i genuinely just feel a bit off balance at times.
does anyone have an idea if thats tinnitus or my anxiety as it seems to be worse when i have had anxious periods
