I'm in my third week of citalopram and feel.like I'm going backwards. I have this tight, dry feeling in my throat that feels like I'm to gag all the time. I'm sucking mints constantly but even they're not really helping which is making me panic more as they're my go-to. My stomach is aching and feels so tense but I can't relax so my stomach feels rough now. I can't eat. I'm.so tearful with it all as I'm just so fed up of feeling like this. I'm worried it's my anxiety and not the citalopram and that I'll be stuck like this forever. Feel so low just want myself back :weep:
