I signed up for something and saw something that's bothering me?

I was applying for something and saw a bunch of numbers that started irritating me. I'm worried if this is a sign from the universe or a supernatural thing. My OCD has been driving me crazy all day.

What are your thoughts? Does anyone else have a similar experience?
