Biggest Fears: Memory issues

Lately I have some memory issues and it's freaking me out. I'm sure that I'm not helping with freaking out about it but I can't help but feel like I can't remember anything. I'll walk around with my phone in my hand wondering where it is or I'll walk in a room trying to do something and forget what I'm supposed to be doing. I've had the head pressure to go with it so I'm not sure if I have a sinus out head cold that's effecting me. Either way I'm freaking the hell out as early dementia or Alzheimer's is my worst fear. I know I'm only 28 and it's highly unlikely but we all have our fears here

Hey, im the same as you, trying to find my glasses when they are on my head. and plenty of other things, like turning the lights on when the light is already on. We are probably really stressed overanalyzing what we are doing and not paying attention the other things around us i think. thats my 2 cents on this
