Years with relief

Hi
I used to suffer panic attacks very badly. I got help and for years have suffered anxiety but the attacks stopped. Now out of the blue the panic attacks have started. Mainly during the day but now night panic attacks. .waking me up convinced I am having a heart attack ..25 minutes ago I woke with burning left arm and neck pain but it has now subsided. .can not handle this much longer.
