This is the only symptom that really gets to me, i hate it so much..:mad:
I can be anywhere and i'll suddenly get the thought 'is this really real right now' 'is this really happening' 'am i really alive right now' and then i get a rush of adrenaline and the thought just scares me. It's like i have to hold on tight it feels like i'm on a rollercoaster and i'm about to drop. If that makes sense
Even tho i know life is real and i don't even question life itself that much and i know i'm real, the thought still freaks me out and the rush of adrenaline and unreality feeling with it makes me feel like i'm about to go crazy and will never be able to think normal again :weep:
Do more people get DP/DR like this? What do you do in that situation? The feeling always goes away but it's the worst feeling in the world
