MVP/pvc's

Hi I have been diagnosed with MVP for about 20 years. I have EKG & echo every other year. Seems like my PVC's are getting worse; however, they're very random. Never know from one day to another when I'll have them. Mine are mostly in the morning. They seem to taper off when sitting. The last two days have been bad and I have reflux bad also. They're scary and not sure what I need to do. I'm taking 100 mg of toprol. If anyone else is having them let me know.
